What does my membership

How many
Acting Short Courses can I do?
You can do as many as you want. Enrolment is on a first
served basis but if you miss out on one, we usually run
the same short course within a year. We can also schedule
additional courses if needed.
Is there
a minimum amount of time I have to be a member?
Yes. When you become a Verve Elite Member you must remain
a member for a period of 6 months from the first fortnightly
payment. After that you can cancel your membership at any
time.
Can I pay
in cash or credit card?
Unfortunately not. Your fortnightly membership fee must
be paid by direct debit from an Australian bank account.
Your joining fee may be paid by cash, EFTPOS, credit card
or cheque/money order.
Can I suspend
my membership?
No. But you can cancel your membership and then re apply
for membership in the future. There are a limited number
of memberships so it is likely you will need to be added
to a waiting list until a membership place becomes available.
How can
I cancel my membership?
Simply request that your membership be cancelled in writing.
We will then cancel your membership and direct debit within
5 working days.
If I cancel
my membership, can I become a member again in the future?
Yes, but as there are a limited number of memberships you
may have to be added to the waiting list.
What do
I get in my diagnostic?
You will be assessed by one of our acting teaching staff.
We will then develop a diagnostic report of where you are
at with recommendations on what training you need to do.
You will receive a copy of this report for future reference.
Can I get
individual industry advice?
Yes. We have a personalised email advice service for Verve
Elite Members.
What if
a short course I want to do is full?
We run approximately 8 - 10 Acting Short Courses per year.
Enrolment for members is on a first in, first served basis.
All courses we run (in particular, the popular courses)
will be run multiple times dependant upon interest.
What type
of Member Only events will you provide?
Our Member Only events will include industry forums with
industry professionals, social events, networking events
and opportunities as well as Q&A Forums.
Does my
membership include other industry discounts and offers?
Verve Elite members will have access to other industry discounts
and you will be informed via our quarterly Verve Elite Member
Newsletter as well as special newsletters from time to time.
What does the quarterly membership
newsletter include?
Acting tips and articles, audition notices, special offers,
etc.
